CANBLOCK
The CANBLOCK monoblock has been designed for cold isobaric filling and crimping of cylindrical aluminum cans and is suitable for all types of liquid products, both carbonated and CO2-free. The maximum hourly output is 1500 pph.
The filling station is an isobaric one and is equipped with electro-pneumatic control valves that allow a program control of all the filling cycle times.
The automatic process also provides for a flushing of CO2 before filling and immediately before placing the lid, guaranteeing a minimum level of residual oxygen inside the can equal to 10 ppb.
Thanks to the recipes stored in the PLC the filling system allows great flexibility in changes due to different product or different carbonation level; format changes are quick and with reduced intervention times for the different can formats and no part of the filling valve needs to be replaced.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 steel and the plastic material that could come into contact with the product is food grade.
The safety guards are made with AISI 304 stainless steel frame and walls in transparent material that allow constant visual control by the operator in charge of the machine, while the opening doors are electrically protected by safety devices according to CE standards.
The machine is also designed to be able to work in hot condition (60 ° C) with product recirculation for the packaging of non-carbonated and non-pasteurized drinks such as energy drinks or Ready to Drink.
